During the school year, a group of ladies meets on Sunday mornings to crochet and knit squares that are then sewn together to make blankets.  These blankets are donated to local charities, such as the Bedford Domestic Violence Shelter.  They are always looking for new help on this project.  If you would like to help and don’t know how to crochet or knit, they also do some quilts.  So if you know how to work a pair of scissors, they have a job for you!  Donations of yarn, material and other supplies are always appreciated.  Please e-mail or call Julie Hodges at 434-238-2279 if you would like to get involved!
