Fr. Nixon was then called to yet another area of the diocese when he served as parochial vicar at the cluster parishes of St. Paschal Baylon in South Boston, St. Catharine of Siena in Clarksville, and Good Shepherd in South Hill until June of 2011. Life has a way of coming full circle because on July 1, 2011, Fr. Nixon found himself once again at St. Pius X in Norfolk, this time as pastor. He has spent the last 10 years there during which, he became a U.S. citizen, before God finally brought him to the Best Catholic Church in the Town of Bedford. Fr. Nixon loves to strike up a tune on his guitar!
